The main components of this area include the following:
• Design of financial strategies, assisting in the restructuring of liabilities and participation in the evaluation of financial strategies including analysis and evaluation of investment projects, commercial plans, assisting in sourcing finance providers both local and international, and design of Marketing plans.

• Design of competitive strategies for the Enterprise and/or line of business including development of growth alternatives, design and coaching in restructuring, and design of monitoring boards.

The final product is a series of recommendations oriented towards action. This implies a series of processes that in many instances, the customer is not in operating conditions to manage immediately.

That is the reason that our Operational Support Department gets involved in the actual implementation of the recommended action conducting the steps required to its actual completion.

These processes include several functionalities: 
• Preliminary analysis of the transaction(s)

• Identification of the providers (generally Financial Services)that can provide the products and services in the optimal quality and Price conditions.

• Analysis, preparation and/or customization of the documentation required to support the transaction

• Follow-up of the transaction itself
